We built three adjacent cottage homes on Jeanette St. in Lafayette LA. We purchased the land with a blighted home and removed the home to construct this development.
Market Opportunities
With the growth of SLCC and the recent development attention given to the Horse Farm we saw an opportunity to create attractive new construction homes in one of Lafayette’s more established neighborhoods.
