Designed with a local contemporary style geared towards a variety of inhabitants, from young professionals to young families to empty nesters creating a true community. This is the 3rd phase of the 100 home community development started in 2016.
Market Opportunities
Lafayette is known as a place locals just don’t want to leave. However, our growing population has also grown to love higher density communities with ammenties often found in larger cities. Enclave created a market opportunity to serve homeowners that wanted all the benifits of a town home community without having to leave home.
Unique Challanges
The development brought on some unique infrastructure challanges. The scope of this community required us to connect two main city water lines. We worked with our engineering partner on a solution that required us boring underneath Pinhook Rd. to connect water lines that would create enough water pressure for the subdivision.
Additionally, in the middle of our first development phase the bank financing the project was bought out and our financing was temporarily put on hold.
Overcoming challanges like these provide our team invaluable experience that offers returns in every project.

Currently Developing 3rd Phase
The 3rd phase of Enclave is underway with an expected completion by spring 2022.
100 Home Development
Enclave is a multiphase townhome community with a master plan for 100 homes.
Completed Winter 2022
The final phase is projected to start in spring of 2022 and be completed in the winter of 2022.
